PAYMENT POLICY
Goods will not be shipped unless payment has been received in full.
Payment can be made via online transfer or cash deposit into our nominated bank account.
After payment, you may inform us via sms or email. Please remember to attach your account number or account name, payment time, paid amount as well order number. Please keep your payment receipt as a lot of crooks pretending they have made payment.
If we found any extra payment, we will automatically credit the balance to your account, you may use this for the next purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY
Goods will be posted by using POS LAJU only. No pos express allowed.
Most of the items are in READY STOCK and normally ship within 2 days after payment confirmed.

TIPS
If you are a first time user of lens, please consult a professional on how to wear contact lens at optical shop
Some basics must know about lens, such as:
- Do not wear LENS more than 8 hours
- Do not sleep with LENS
- During make-up, avoid pigment from LENS
- Rinse your LENS with Multipurpose Solution before wearing
- After taking off, rinse your LENS with Multipurpose Solution, before soaking into the contact lens case with Multipurpose Solution.
- Multipurpose Solution which soaked in the contact lens case must be changed everyday to keep the LENS clean and comfort .
Please ask at optical shop which brand of Multipurpose Solution are good to use and buy, do not simply buy!
